SHANGHAI — Jiecang Linear Motion (JIECANG) showcased its latest robotic drive products at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026) in Shanghai from July 17 to 20. At Booth H4-043 in the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, the company introduced its JCLCTM series robot lifting columns and a new line of frameless torque motors.
The JCLCTM Series: High-Speed Lifting and Integrated Design
The JCLCTM series is designed for the height adjustment and structural integration needs of industrial humanoid and wheeled mobile robots operating in complex environments.
The product uses a 150×150mm square aluminum profile with a built-in motor, providing high rigidity in a compact space. It includes a standard 20×25mm internal drag chain cavity to route power, network, and control cables, helping to solve internal cable management issues for robots.
Equipped with a servo motor that integrates drive and control, the JCLCTM series supports a DC48V voltage supply. It reaches a maximum lifting speed of 200mm/s under full load and has a cycle life of over 200,000 operations, meeting the need for fast movement and long-term reliability in robotics.
Frameless Torque Motors: Supporting Lightweight and High-Dynamic Robotic Joints
To support the trend toward lighter and more dynamic joints in humanoid robots, JIECANG released a series of frameless torque motors. Available in sizes from 25mm to 115mm, these motors have a rated voltage of 48V and a power range of approximately 58W to 733W. With a peak torque of up to 12.68N·m, they provide the necessary power for various robotic joint positions.
Using a low-inertia design and electromagnetic optimization, the motors feature high torque density (up to 15N·m/kg), quick response, and low cogging torque. This design helps improve the flexibility and control precision of robotic joint movements.
